**Privacy Policy** *Spartan entertainment* # Collected data Spartan entertainment collects information from your device when an error report is sent to our report server from the mobile app, thanks to the [Acra library](https://github.com/ACRA/acra). This includes: * some basic information about the app and the device (device, application name, os version, cpu architecture, locales, ...) * the settings of the app (languages, options) * some environment values (some paths to android folders, if external storage is removable or emulated, ...) * a stack trace which contains technical information about the exception that made the program crash * an extract of the logcat before the crash happened If an optional e-mail address and an optional short problem description are added by the user to the crash report (to get help faster), this information is also included in the crash description. # Preventing data collection In the settings, it is possible to completely opt out of crash reports. In which case, information is neither collected nor sent. # What do we use the collected information for? We use the collected information to find answers to the following questions : * why do the issue happen ? * when do the issue happen ? under what circumstances ? on which devices ? * what part of the source code is responsible for the issue ? * can we fix the issue ? * how do we proceed to fix the issue ? # Do we disclose any information to outside parties? Hell no ! We only use the data to fix and improve things. We also erase crash reports regularly: * when we fix the issue they are related to * when they become too old (say after 2 months), we erase them to make room for fresher and more relevant crash reports.
